This program is designed for those who prefer a shorter weekly schedule, including many older adults and those balancing busy routines. You’ll still receive direct coaching, movement analysis, and clear guidance each session.
If your goal is the fastest, most consistent progress, the M/W/F program is the better fit. This option offers a more manageable pace while still building strength over time.
